Currently coordinates development of Web properties for Trex Company. Managed Web team for Norfolk State University. Led the East Coast Web team for VeriSign, Inc. including the transition from Network Solutions during purchase of VeriSign. Prior to that, provided project management for almost two years on contracts with projects creating revenue streams of $180,000 - $2,000,000. Worked in customer service/member relations for over 18 years. Employed in the Information Technology field for the last six years with Web site design and development during five of those years, and full lifecycle software development during the last three years. Managed the East Coast team of Web developers who supported the corporate and Global Registry Services division of the company. Designed, implemented, and continue to provide ongoing maintenance for Global Registry Services division and corporate intranet, Web sites, and several other partnership Web sites. Managed 15 people (6 system leads) and 2 subcontractors providing RAD of OHR systems. Team provided support for systems that are in place. Team members included developers and system support personnel. Development of systems was in Lotus Notes, PowerBuilder, Cold Fusion, and C++. Support included helpdesk, training, technical writing, legacy systems management (COBOL on IBM and Unisys), and Y2K testing and certification.
